Film Jury Nominated and Screening at NBAFF – Drone Cinematography

Winson Media is proud to announce that our video “Hope Edventures – Snow Covered Southern Maryland Drone” (Original YouTube post) has been jury nominated at another film festival.  If you haven’t seen the original video, the link is provided above. This film was jury nominated last year in the Southern Maryland Film Festival. This time it has been jury nominated at the North Beach American Film Festival happening this weekend from June 23 – 25.  To view a list of the other nominees, visit http://www.nbaff.org/award-nominees. The screen time for “Hope Edventures” will be between 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM. The full schedule of the Film Festival can be viewed on NBAFF’s website.

Immaculate Heart of Mary – Drone Aerial Cinematography Southern Maryland

One of the priest approached me one day sometime over a year ago to film the church. Due to the church’s location and proximity near the base, I didn’t have the confidence to do it. After all, the church is located in restricted area where you must be granted permission to fly regardless if it was recreational or commercial. Fast forward about a year later Winson Media became FAA licensed and granted permission to fly at IHM by the controlling agency.

Third Annual Cornhole For Cancer – Drone Aerial

Southern Maryland come join us for the Third Annual Cornhole For Cancer this Saturday June 17 . Winson Media will be documenting this amazing event from the sky and on the ground.

Come out, bring a partner, listen to amazing bands, and enjoy some cornhole competition for a great cause. All proceeds will be donated to the National Cancer Society and others in need in the local community.

“The past two years we have been most fortunate with some of Southern Maryland’s​ most talented musicians performing like Robbie Boothe and Phillip Michael Parsons. This year we are blessed once again with some outstanding talent. We have Triolgy, Bradley Turner, Wes Ryce and Donald Quade sharing their awesome talents throughout the day. We will have cornhole boards up for grabs and 50/50 raffles. It’s $20.00 [per person] to play. Thank you for your continued support of this event and we look forward to seeing everyone come out for a great cause.”
